What design can I choose?

The design is entirely up to you.

You can send us inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, mood boards, colour palettes, artwork references, or simply describe your vision. You can also purchase one of our existing designs directly from the website.

Because every item is painted by hand, no two pieces will ever be identical.

How long will my order take?

Our typical turnaround time is approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, current order volume, and time of year.

Can I request a rush order?

If you require your order by a specific date, please email us with your order number as soon as possible.

We will always do our best to accommodate deadlines where possible, although specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
